Caledonia, MI Interior Designer

Caledonia of Kent County was officially incorporated as a village in 1888, but records of the first settlers in the area date back to 1838 when they arrived with the Kent family – Kent County’s namesake. The village of Caledonia is a part of the larger Caledonia Township, where much of the area began as farming communities before the industrial revolution. What’s left of “the old days” of this farming society are the several centennial farms in the area. In the village of Caledonia specifically,  the Wilson home on Kinsey and the Kinsey residence on 100th have been designated as historic landmarks.

Caledonia Community Schools – The Caledonia Community School district contains nine schools, three of which are located within village boarders – the Emmons Lake Elementary School, Kraft Meadows Intermediate School and Duncan Lake Middle School.

Caledonia Area Chamber of Commerce – The mission of the Caledonia Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors is to ensure new, current and prospective members feel welcome and encourage networking.

Saskatoon Golf Club – Saskatoon Golf Club has been pleasing residents of the greater Grand Rapids and Caledonia area for more than 55 years. Golfers have 6 courses to choose from ranging from beginner to expert-level, and visitors can enjoy a full-service restaurant and bar that overlooks the course.
